Over the course of her 10 year real estate career, Ellen has been involved in many high profile residential developments. She began her career with THF Realty as part of the award-winning sales team for The Plaza in Clayton, the exclusive $150M high-rise next to the Ritz Carlton. She later went on to lead the sales efforts at Trianon Condominiums in Clayton, where she pre-sold 50% of the units prior to the developer canceling the project due to the economic crisis. Over the past few years Ellen’s company, Reid Case Group, has continued to successfully execute a variety of high profile projects. In 2010, RCG sold out Demun Pointe, a 27 unit condominium building in Clayton, which required development, construction, financing and sales support. In 2011, RCG sold out Alamo Condominiums in Clayton, which required repositioning a fully leased 9 unit building back into condominiums as originally constructed. In 2012, RCG prepared a redevelopment plan for Clayton On The Park, which housed a failed senior housing project, and sourced a buyer who converted the building into a 200 unit luxury apartment building. Currently, Ellen is focused on providing the same level of service and expertise to individual buyers and sellers, with an emphasis on luxury condominiums and lifestyle estates.
